Model LCF455 is a Low Profile Universal Pancake Load Cell with Tension Base designed for tension and compression applications. The low profile design offsets most off-axis loads making the “pancake” type a very popular selection. The LCF455 is comparable to the LCF450 but this model comes with a tension base, making it suitable for Inline applications on Actuators or Threaded Assemblies. The Low Profile Universal Pancake Load Cell with Tension Base has a very robust construction available in Anodized Aluminum for lower capacities (500 lb – 2,000 lb) and 17-4 Stainless Steel for higher capacities (300 lbs and 5,000 lbs -10,000 lbs). You will also find options for Metric Threads, Fatigue Rating and Amplified Version readily available.
